The first meeting for this new committee was held on September 1 in Phang Nga, Thailand. We believe that the best way ServLife International can help the people of Phang Nga is by blessing a group of Thai Christians to be a blessing to their neighbors. The committee will help in collecting payments, approving new loans, purchasing supplies, training, and ministering to the recipients of the loans. We desire to eventually turn over the entire operation to this committee in the future. We believe that Thais will be more effective at deciphering true need & impacting individuals that want to start income generating businesses through the ServLife Hope Fund. Members of the committee include one recipient of the ServLife Hope Fund, a local pastor, employees of the World Bank, and indigenous mission workers. Two local churches are represented on the committee. Please pray for this committee and their work.
