ServLife Training Institute in India Graduates Sixth Class of Indigenous Workers

On May 17th, 2008, ServLife’s Leadership Training Institute in Bihar, India, graduated seven new local workers. This is the sixth graduation class to complete the leadership training program in India, and since the training institute was started in 2001, over 60 local workers have been trained through it. The training lasts one year, and these workers will now go back to their home and work amongst their villages, planting new churches, and sharing Christ with their communities.

Pray for these men as they return to their villages, as many of the regions are hostel to the Gospel. Also pray that the Lord will continue to raise up visionary men from different parts of India. A new group of students will arrive at the training institute in June to begin their one-year training.

ServLife believes that empowering local believers is the most strategic ways to share the Gospel in a land like India.
