In May, Joel Vestal, along with volunteer Dave Garrison, delivered numerous letters, pictures, and gifts to orphans in ServLife’s children home in Nepal. The letters, written and prepared by the children’s sponsors, were an absolute joy for the children. For those children who don’t have sponsors, two area churches youth and children’s ministries wrote letters and drew pictures to be delivered.

Opening the letters and pictures, and realizing that children halfway across the world were thinking of them, was an incredible blessing for the children. Their eyes lit up and smiles spread wide across their faces as they were reading their letters, and God’s love for these children was manifest this day.
