Teenagers in Nepal recently completed their first level in a new career counseling program. This program helps teenagers explore career options while also deepening their relationship with God.
The first level was a full-day event with four facilitators and over 30 teenagers in attendance. The program included practical role-playing, interactive activities, and biblical teaching, all designed to engage and inspire the participants.

One participant, Ramit Bam, shared, “I am able to learn about my identity from the Bible and all of God’s gifts through this program. For me, it’s crucial to apply life lessons in addition to learning about career counseling programs.”
This program was a long time in the making, with organizers overcoming challenges like scheduling conflicts and school holidays. They plan to offer the three levels of the program three times a year, providing ongoing support and guidance to teenagers as they navigate their future careers and faith.
This initiative is a testament to the commitment to invest in the next generation, empowering them to discover their God-given potential and make a positive impact in their communities.
