For the past 21 years, Pastor Albert Das and his family have faithfully shared the hope of Christ in Bihar, India by training pastors, planting churches, caring for children and more. Despite the many challenges of laboring in a dark and difficult place, God has provided faithfully for them. Over the last two years, Albert’s oldest son, Paul, has been in the U.S. pursuing a degree in Business Administration. Not surprisingly, God has been faithful in this process as well. Paul is nearing the completion of an associate degree from Orange Coast College and hopes to transfer to a four-year university soon.

Paul has thrived in the U.S. on numerous levels. Academically, he has excelled, maintaining a 3.5 GPA. Spiritually, he has been stretched under the mentorship of Pastor Ian Stevenson of The Crossing Church in Costa Mesa, CA. The time has also helped Paul mature emotionally. He reflected, “The independence and rugged individualism required to live here have made me more mature, confident and responsible, helping me make wise decisions for my life.”

Albert and his family went to great lengths scraping together all they could to pay for his first year. Paul’s second year was funded through generous investments from ministry partners like you.
