Q & A for Global Justice Practitioners Position

What job positions are open at ServLife?
We are not in search of individuals to fill a specific job description. We are seeking to form multi-cultural teams working around the world in three areas: rescuing and caring for at-risk children, ending hunger, training and multiplying the indigenous church.

What team will I work with?
Depending on your gifts and experience, you will join an existing team or explore the formation of a new team in the world.

What would I be doing as a staff member living and working overseas?
Your role within your team will vary and can take on multiple forms. Your ministry may consist of helping expand the work of ServLife’s sponsorship program towards children and local Christian workers, our online store of hand made products, and/or ServLife’s Hope Fund. You will daily minister in the community to those you meet and work alongside local believers in extending the love of God to those in need. The possibilities are endless to be an agent of justice, mercy, and love.

How will I support myself?
You will work with ServLife’s U.S.-based support staff to develop your own budget and seek a prayer and donor base for your work with us. All new staff working overseas will raise their own support through individuals, churches, etc.

How will I be trained?
The ServLife Training Institute will be led by numerous teachers, mentors, and guides from around the world who will train and equip you for your ministry overseas. These guides will consist of pastors, missiologists, practitioners, and ministry leaders.  Training will include numerous topics on team development, trends in mission, and cross-cultural equipping.   Other training options will be available to help equip you.
